This basically grants all newly summoned creatures Teleport and Hit and Run for one turn. This interacts in very interesting ways with noinclude>Ability: </noinclude>Vigilance.

Keep in mind that creatures will retreat as far as possible and if they find themselves unable to attack, they will stop moving at random points of the enemy's field.
